About the Event
Join Twist Kids Foundation at Move Studio Charlotte: Stylehouse Studio for a memorable winter experience just in time for the holidays!
Our Family Yoga class runs from 12:00–12:50 PM, inviting one parent/guardian and one child to move, stretch, and connect through yoga, breathwork, and playful mindfulness activities.
After class, parents have the option to drop the kids off for our Parent’s Day Out from 1:00–4:00 PM, while you take some time to shop, relax, or check off your holiday to-do list. During this time, children will enjoy crafts, mindful games, and creative play in a safe and nurturing environment.
Proceeds from this event support the Twist Kids Foundation’s mission to bring accessible yoga and mindfulness programming to children throughout the Charlotte area—especially in underserved schools and communities.
Logistics & Pricing:
Family Yoga (12:00–12:50 PM): $30 (includes one guardian + one child)
